“Hi, my name is Tim and I have chronically flat feet. I first noticed the effect they had on my body after adolescence. As my body was being supported incorrectly, from my feet up, I started pulling muscles and feeling pain from my ankles all the way up to my neck.
Initially I wore soft supports which deteriorated and I visited a podiatrist to get some hard orthotics.
